Savory Cilantro and Lime Chicken Fajitas (170 cal)

Alright this is my recipe. We love these. No need to add cheese or sour cream they are tasty as is, but hey do what you want.

Savory Cilantro and Lime Chicken Fajitas 
Only 170 calories per serving!
Serves 1

2 oz chicken per person,
2 corn tortillas per person,
1 green pepper,
1 yellow onion,
6 fresh white mushrooms washed,
2 tomatoes,
1 tsp powder chicken bullion
fresh cilantro
2 limes
1/4 packet of taco seasoning
nonstick spray.

Spray non stick skillet with nonstick spray and remove all visible fat and cut chicken into thin slices and cook on the stove top. While chicken is still raw sprinkle chicken bouillon and on top (omit for healthier dish). 

Cook until chicken begins to brown and is cooked through. Remove chicken from pan and add sliced onions to the same pan and cook until transparent and slightly browned add more nonstick spray if needed. 

Add sliced green pepper to onion mixture and cook until green pepper cuts easily with end of spoon. Add mushrooms. Add chicken back in with veggies. Let cook but monitor and flip continually so that peppers do not burn (they get kind of nasty if they burn). 

Add sliced tomatoes and flip into mixture. Add 1 tsp of taco seasoning and sprinkle on mixture. Cut stems off of cilantro (I usually use a half of bundle) and add. Then squeeze to fresh limes over top of mixture and fold in. Serve on corn tortillas that have been warmed on a skillet. 

Serve with sliced limes for those who want additional taste. Total calories 170 calories per tortilla). Each person can have two!
