Undoing the workout
Here is a short post and this is my own opinion.
- one junk food meal can undo a workout
- a couple of days of junk food meals can undo a week of workouts
- a week or two of junk food meals can undo a month of workouts
I wish it wasn't so but this seems to be true for me.
