30 grams or 1/3 cup of oats
5 egg whites
4 tsp sweetner (splenda or stevia)
2 Tbs plain, nonfat greek yogurt
Blend oats in blender until the become a thin powder. Mix egg whites, ground oats and 2 tsp of sweetner in blender or magic bullet. Heat sauce pan and spread half of mixture to cover the bottom of the sauce pan. When cooked flip crepe to the other side. Remove from heat and add 1 Tbs greek yogurt and 1 tsp sweetner to each crepe and enjoy!
