Free Meal Plan Fit for a Fam Week 1-2

These free meal plans are a great starting point for someone trying to transition to a cleaner eating lifestyle and the 6 meals approach.

I now avoid post workout meals with fiber (like spinach for example) and fat in them so that the precious carbs and protein can absorb more quickly into the muscle. Also I avoid carbs almost completely at night time and I monitor protein and fats much more closely.

This meal plan has a rotation system with some of the meals. That way you don't get as sick of the same meals over and over. It is an entire week at a glance. Recipes for the dinners, the shopping list and bulk prep instructions are found on a separate pieces of paper.

Thank you for posting this-- especially great for all of those New Year Resolutions! I lost 40+ pounds in three months last year, just by eating healthy and working out. However, I had surgery on my leg back in April and gained back 25 pounds since then! It's time to get back on track! Maybe this plan will help those of us who feel deprived while "dieting"! Maybe this will be the lifestyle change I was looking for! Thanks again!

Looks great! I have difficulty judging a few meals as far as if I need to add extra protein. For extra, oatmeal is a protein and carb. So which category does it fall into for breakfast? I've noticed many meal plans have you eat fruit with the oatmeal, also. Is this necessary?

Thank you for sharing this! I am wanting to eat clean and I love sharing with others alternative foods. I can't wait to try these out. Is it ok to share with others your meal plans?
