Applesauce Oat Cakes

I love these. I don't do well with repetition in my meals but I could eat these every day.
They have great nutrition stats and are an easy way to get the morning egg whites down.
They are comparable in taste to regular pancakes but only a fraction of the calories with mostly simple whole foods as ingredients. I like that they have a nice protein boost as well.

Ingredients
1/3 cup (30 g) of old fashioned oats
4-5 egg whites
2 Tbs no sugar apples sauce
3 tsp splenda or other sweetner

Flour oats by putting them in a blender. Add 2 tsp of splenda and blend with dry oats then add apple sauce and egg whites and blend. Cook on a non-stick skillet like pancakes. (This also makes a great crepe with the 5 egg whites) makes about 7 small pancakes, sprinkle them with a tsp of splenda and enjoy!!! Eat all 7 for less than 200 calories!!!
