In honor of Mother's Day on Sunday, I wanted to share a healthy version of chocolate covered strawberries! Call this her breakfast in bed! I know the cup is pretty cool, but really it's what's inside that counts. :)
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
2 tbsp chocolate protein powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tbsp cocoa
1 squirt of agave or other natural sweetener
1/2 cup ice
Blend well and enjoy!
